Author Study Essay Rubric
 
 
This is the rubric with which your author study essay will be graded. 
This assignment is for bonus points, so the higher quality of the assignment the more likely you are to get all of the possible bonus points. 
Mechanics Length Questions Format
I will be looking at the mechanics (spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc).  Every three mistakes will be a 1pt deduction. Your essay is to be at least 400 words (put the number of words at the bottom of the page) in length and must answer all of the questions given on the assignment page. The six questions on the assignment page must be answered for full credit in this category.  All parts of each question must be answered. Your essay is to be typed in 12 pt Times New Roman font. It needs your name, your class period, and the date.
