There are no bad musicians, only those that are unwilling to become better musicians. The trick for us as music educators is figuring out how to create internal motivation within our students so that they become willing musicians. In the process of turning them into willing musicians, it is my ultimate goal to create young people that are always willing to strive to become better people throughout their entire lives. I strive to create willing people.
