Discipline Steps Using a Flip Chart:

Blue Card-Great Day

Yellow Card-Warning

Green Card-Lose 5 Minutes of Recess

Orange Card-Lose Your Entire Recess

Red Card-Call Home

Black Card-Trip to the Principals Office

Rewards:

*Weekly treats or prizes will be given to the students whose cards stay on blue for the entire week.

*Students whose cards stay on blue or yellow for the entire quarter will be rewarded with a movie.

*Treasure chest tickets are also given at anytime the teacher sees fit when the student(s) are following the rules exceptionally well.
