The journal is a daily assignment that is intended to enhance the students writing. They are given a topic in which they are to write a paragraph while staying on topic.

Rules for journal are as follows:

Make sure to indent the paragraph

The paragraph should be at least 4 to 5 sentences long.

All sentences should be related to the topic.

Make sure to use proper capitalization and punctuation on each sentence.

Make sure to write the date in the upper right hand corner of the paper.

Make sure that your paper is facing in the right direction.
