Objective: The student will develop skills in geography by identifying abbreviations of states and state capitols through multiple choice questions.

Directions: Click on the following link to take an on-line quiz involving geography of the United States. There are two rounds to this quiz. In the first round you will be expected to answer questions that involve identifying the correct abbreviation for the state named. In the second round, you will answer questions in which you will be expected to identify the correct capitol to the state that is listed. When the student chooses an answer to the question they will receive automatic feedback to if their answer is correct. When they have completed round 2, they will receive a total score of both rounds.

Assessment: The student will complete both rounds and report to me their total score. I will keep a folder with individual scores for each student who reports to me. I will graph their scores to watch for any increase.
